Privacy
Rexflo stores your account details, saved offers, practice transcripts, feedback, personal scripts, and learning-session progress to provide sales practice. When you enable recording, it also stores the audio from your practice call.
Your calls
Audio recordings are private and expire after 30 days. Transcripts and reviews remain until you delete them. Administrators can read call content only when you explicitly report the call. You can revoke that access.
Your optional camera preview stays on your device. Video is never sent to Rexflo or OpenAI and is never recorded. Learning decks do not use your microphone.
Services used
OpenAI processes audio and conversation context to run practice calls and generate feedback. Supabase stores application data and private recordings. Resend delivers account emails. Hosting services process requests needed to operate Rexflo.
Your controls
Turn recording off before a call. Delete individual sessions, export your data, or delete your account in Settings. Authentication cookies keep you signed in.
Prelaunch notice. Operator identity, contact details, and regional rights information must be completed before public launch.
